About us

Louis co-founded Easy T Group as CEO back in May 2022. He’s worked in the industry since 2014, when he joined Angel Recruitment. Prior to joining the recruitment sector, he was a construction project manager working for a local authority and large engineering firm on multi-million pound construction builds. Louis is particularly interested in how recruitment is focused on the relationships you build and he loves getting the chance to meet new people every day.  When he’s not at work, Louis spends his time as a school governor for his son’s local school and is a registered foster parent. 

Roberta has been a crucial part of the team co-founding Easy T Group; she currently leads our Marketing Department. She’s worked in the industry for more than a decade and prior to joining the team was responsible for leading digital marketing transformation, product development, strategic brand and change management efforts. Roberta is particularly focused on finding original and innovative solutions to new business challenges through creative thinking and a can-do attitude. She is a member of the Marketing and Women Leadership in Tech associations and is MCIM qualified. When Roberta’s MS Teams/Skype status is “offline”, it’s very likely you will find her playing with her two daughters, hiding somewhere peacefully with a book, riding a horse, or planning yet another travel vacation in a somewhat remote location.
